can't chroot into aarch64-latest

Can someone check if I just have the dumb, or this is reproduceable?

basically:
*I created a folder as root
*untarred this into it make_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, '(', 'http://os.archlinuxarm.org/os/ArchLinuxARM-aarch64-latest.tar.gz', '', ' class="postlink"') march first version)
*mounted the folder with mount --bind folder folder
*thried to arch-chroot folder:[b]
chroot: failed to run command '/bin/bash': No such file or directory[/b]

It's reproducible for me on a second machine running arch..
