Limitations and performances

Hi,

I'm considering about migrating my work and personal computer (who is actually the same) to a shorter, smaller, smarter mini-computer.

I'm currently using a MSI Wind U270 (notebook): AMD E350, 4GB RAM, Radean HD6310
On an Arch x86_64 system.

My usage is: playing movies (HD and not), development, playing games sometimes
For work I use:
* awesome
* many different browsers (Chromium, Opera, Firefox)
* OpenERP (I do like my SSD OCZ Vertex2 to have fast disk access)
For personal use:
* Gnome 3
* Epiphany
* Mplayer

Actually, I want to use it as a "regular" computer but with these expectations:
* Smaller/lighter
* Fanless
* Saves battery
* Cooler at long usage

But I know nothing about ARM, tabs and Linux on it. Can you tell me if I can get all satisfactions with ARM based computer?
