My arch install in messed (again)

So today i've noticed that transmission stopped working, so i've checked what is going on with my dockstar and to my surprise arch is broken allover again.
First pacman doesnt work

then after a while i lose basic commands such as ls and df, they just dont work.
Also for some reason systemd-journal is eating away almost entire cpu time

what could be the cause of this ?
it just started all of a sudden i dont not update anything.
I've also fsck'd my rootfs usb stick a couple of times and still no better.

I have a feeling that my usb stick failed on me. It seems that everything i modify or delete it just stays like it was before i modified it. Maybe i've burn'd all of the flash cells or something..
Ill try to copy everything to a differend usb stick and ill see if it's any better..

edit:
its really dead. Or so to speak.
Only to about 1GB it works fine, after that its in read only mode. May that part of flash died or something
