POGO-E02 to loadbalancing WAN

I'm new to arch Linux and have just installed arch Linux onto my pogoplug. I would like to turn my pogoplug into a Tripple WAN load balancing router. I have 3 usb to lan adapters that look like thumb drives. What do I need to install and setup to make this work?

Just make sure they're recognized by the kernel and then set it up as you would any other linux computer.
