cheap multi-purpose server

Hi!

I want to make a cheap and low power server using a standard ATX or ITX board with 8GB RAM and 4 SATA connectors for 3,5'' or 2,5'' HDD.
Does exist an ARM mainboard for this scope?
I can make this whit an ARM CPU or I should go to AMD/Intel solutions?

There are no consumer arm boards with 8 GB of ram.
