stack pointer in IRQ mode

Hi,
When an interrupt occurs, SP and LR will be banked out of the user mode and in that place SP_IRQ and LR_IRQ will be replaced,
in this case where is this SP_IRQ is pointing to ? who will allocate stack for an ISR?
