System stuck at reboot

I have ArchARM running on my Raspberry Pi, and everything works great, except shutdowns.

At 50% of reboots, it gets stuck at the last systemd message:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'Reached target shutdown')
and stays there doing nothing.

I have to manually unplug the power and plug it again, to get out of it. Is this a known problem with a known solution? My Arch is up-to-date.
