help me;tightvnc cross compilation for ARM

I want to a vncviewer program which can run on an ARM board(sabre lite), so I have been struggling to find how to build a vncviewer binary for ARM board. But, unfortunately, I could not find the way.

could anybody help me how to cross compile tightvnc for ARM board to generate binaries which can run on any ARM board
