Hi, i've got a device with cortex a-9 processor.. but is a samsung device, and i ask how i can install or made arch on device ?

There is no, and likely will continue to be no, official support for any Tablet/Phone

What u mean about no official support ?
I ask if a image for other device arm cortex a-9 processor is compatible with the driver for my phone mounted with chroot (Like ubuntu touch)
I don't ask for found a mamy, i looking for normal reaply help -.-

Or if i download arch source code i can change the generic kernel with my phone kernel

There is no official support for any phone or tablet. Do no support them in any way, even if many people use ALARM in a choort environment.
