[RESOLVED] App: memory corruption ?

Postby haiku » Wed Nov 30, 2011 5:45 pm

Hello,
I've reinstall Arch Linux Arm on a new USB drive. I've compiled this application, but when i run it i got :
[root@Arch Linux ARM install ~]# aurora -a 2 -D /dev/ttyUSB0
*** glibc detected *** aurora: malloc(): memory corruption: 0x0001f0c0 ***
Aborted

It use to work before on my older usb drive with the same program version. I suppose it have to do with a Arch Linux, am i wrong ? I don't know were i am suppose to look at.. :?

Thanks indeed

Was it the exact same versions?

Most of these occurring in the google results I am seeing are actually bugs in the program.

Hi WarheadsSE,
Thanks for your reply, i'am sure it's the same program version from the curtronics app, but i am not sure about the Arch Linux version.

Then is it possible you've missed a file it wants for operation? Have you contacted the author ?
