Linux 3.1 release candidate testing for TrimSlice

After a bit of frustration I finally have moved over to the 3.1 kernel running off of a usb drive. There is only 1 more issue that I would like to fix. When I shutdown the system it doesn't power off fully (the front green led stays solid when it should start slowly flashing). Does anyone else have this issue?
