Will Installing This Disable PogoPlug Services?

Just wondering if installing ArchLinux will disable the default PogoPlug services, or if it will just add ArchLinux to it? I would like to have the advantages of ArchLinux without loosing the built in PogoPlug functionality with their website.

Recently, as seen in a post on these forums, we've gotten a method to make use of their services on top of Arch Linux ARM. At the moment, I have it working for the V3/Pro/'Classic' lines and hope to have it working for the kirkwood models soon.

Thank you WarheadSE. You were very helpful. This is exactly what I was looking for. I have the classic B01 model. I'll search the forum and see if I can find the post with instructions.
