PP E02 SSH refused

Before thanksgiving I was able to ssh into my pogoplug with no issues at all. Solid green light and it showed up on my.pogoplug.com but it would only show up as offline. I figured since I could ssh into it still no problem that Id just fix it after thanksgiving.

Now that Im back to my apt and trying to ssh into it its giving me the connection refused error message. To make things worse I no longer have the usb with alarm on it.

Sidenote but probably coincidental, I was talking to pogo support over the break to get some info on how to reflash it and he told me if it didnt work id need a serial cable. I doubt he did anything malicious but I just thought Id throw that out there. I unregistered the plug and tried restarting it by pulling plug and even tried the revert folder in the usb stick...still nothing.

Any suggestions.
