being an arch user for a long time on the desktop side, i decided quickly to throw arch on my new raspberry pi. It runs like a charm, except a few corrupted filesystem issues, but that's another story

However, while VisualBoyAdvance runs rather nice, i have some troubles getting snes9x respectively snes9x-gtk running. None of my isos work with this software, all i get is a black screen and no sound. I tried a few isos, which all run nicely on my desktop rig. I'm not getting any error messages in the terminal either. I allready searched the forums and didn't find anything usefull. Google tells me that there has been some troubles with the current version running an an arm device. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there a workaround, or are there any recommended versions of snes9x-gtk (If so, why has this package beend updated to a now rather useless bit of software?). I badly want to play some oldschool games on my raspi, so any help would be highly appreciated. Beside this issue, all you guys who work on the arch arm port did a realy great job, now i only need a version for my Samsung Galaxy S1

And btw. i'm using a command like this to start snes9x/-gtk
/usr/bin/xinit /usr/bin/snex9x(-gtk) -- :0
but i also tried it using a window manager, in my case it was openbox.
Excuse my bad english

Greetings
