Postby filp530 » Thu Jun 27, 2013 5:08 pm

Thanks WarHeadsSe. I did the command and got this:

[root@alarm var]# pacman -Ss gcc
core/gcc 4.7.2-4 (base-devel)
The GNU Compiler Collection - C and C++ frontends
core/gcc-fortran 4.7.2-4
Fortran front-end for GCC
core/gcc-libs 4.7.2-4 (base) [installed]
Runtime libraries shipped by GCC
core/gcc-objc 4.7.2-4
Objective-C front-end for GCC
community/avr-gcc 4.7.2-1
The GNU AVR Compiler Collection
community/colorgcc 1.3.2-8
A Perl wrapper to colorize the output of compilers with warning/error messages matching the gcc output format
community/gcc-docs 4.8.1-1
Set of HTML documentation for GCC

From this point, where can I compile?

Just gcc only might be lonely
Update everything first
pacman -Syu
Now the packages
pacman -S base-devel
