timedatectl not working when using wifi USB adapter

Hi,
I have both timedatectl and openntpd setup. I'm not sure what happens when both are installed, but when I'm on wired ethernet and start the pogoplug, archlinuxarm gets the time right.

However, if I shut it down and plug in the USB wireless adapter and unplug the ethernet and power it back up, archlinuxarm doesn't get the time right. I think maybe it takes longer than alarm expects to for the wireless USB adapter to connect. And either timedatectl or openntpd only tries to get the current time on bootup, before the wireless USB adapter successfully connects.

Is there a way to get timedatectl to delay after start-up before trying to get the time?

Try ntpd versus openntpd. It's a little more tolerant of the network delay.
