Cannot Boot/Reboot if external USB harddrive is connected

Hi, It is goflex net.

My rootfs is in the sata drive (first sata slot), so it boots fine even two sata drives are inserted.

If a external drive is connected into USB slot, it cannot boot nor reboot.

Anyone has the same problem ?

1) what is the boot order in uboot? sata, usb, or usb, sata?
2) If it is usb, sata: what is the partition table type of the USB drive? GPT?

It is booting from usb first and then sata
bootcmd=usb start; run force_rescue_bootcmd; run ubifs_bootcmd; run usb_bootcmd; usb stop; run sata_bootcmd; run rescue_bootcmd; run pogo_bootcmd; reset

I guess it is GPT, it is a Seagate 3TB expansion

fdisk shows something like this
fdisk: cannot open /dev/sdc: Inappropriate ioctl for device

May be it is the enclosure problem ?

Shouldn't be, but try setting it to boot from sata, then USB. There are historic issues with uboot and GPT drives.
