How to download Wvdial package for armv5

I see under Packages on this site, that there is a WvDial package for armv5.
Where can I download this package?

The Linux version on the device I want to install this package (and others), does not have pacman, apt-get or other package managers.
Is the precompiled package located somewhere, where I can download it myself?

I would really like to avoid going into compiling wvdial and other packages my self.

Our packages are designed with all their dependencies being in pacman packages, with newer versions. You can go directly to the mirrors and download them, but I will give you 10 to 1 odds, you will have a problem with versions, linking, etc.
