Cannot access GoFlex Home (smb still working)

Postby BrianM » Mon Dec 09, 2013 11:01 am

Hi all,
I've just been restructuring media players etc., and wanted to check out my GoFlex Home running ArchLinux
Tried to login via SSH with default root user and password (this device is internal facing only), but terminal screen fails to respond (no failure notice, nothing). Same thing trying to login to Webmin - just sits there. Power down and up fails to remedy.
I'm a bit baffled as to what to do next, so if anyone can help I'd be very pleased, thanks!

may be boot to rescue first, mount your root device, then chroot into it and re-enable ssh / checking logs ?

Also make sure you have enough space left on the rootfs partition and check it for errors.
