I've been running various other media servers on my Tonido2 for several years. I was hoping to try to get Plex going this year as it, in theory, should be much easier to admin.
The package installs fine and the service runs. However, in the setup part of the plex app I got what seemed like an unending message of "Waiting for plex to start...". However after leaving it to go do something else, it eventually did complete.
Just wanted to post in case others hit the same thing because I wasted several hours installing, uninstalling, and reconfiguring thinking things didn't work (there's several posts about the unending waiting for start message on the Google internets).
So far things are running well but also taking several hours to import into the media libraries. It's great to have stuff "just work" out of the box! Yay!
