This is for any ARMv7 device that we do not officially support.

Has anyone installed ALArm on one of these?

Good to see that you're on the case, WSSE, but I was wondering if:
ALArm supports full HMP (aka Global Task Scheduling) on the 5422 chip, and, if so, what has been the user experience?
Also, if GTS is included in the ALArm kernel, is this because it is now incorporated in the standard Linux Kernel? At which Release?

First there's no such thing as full HMP.

The user experience is like any other thing running Linux you run Linux. You'll need all the 8-cores at the same time.
0-3 = the A7's
4-7 = the A15's

Check top manpage on how to show the CPU Number and keep watching the CPU's dance.

The HMP Scheduler isn't on upstream yet. Only the IKS is there.
So we use a Downstream 3.10 kernel
