Done a quick test on mine, tried Ubuntu Snappy Core (not impressed) and tried current build for model b, b+, and a (and others non rpi like odroid-w)
So, I believe kinda obviously, nothing works as expected. Different ARM so no surprise.
However, Raspbian works like a charm moving the same microSD card between the Pi2 and the old one without problems.
You boot on Pi2? You have 1GB of RAM and 4 CPUs at 900Mhz - You boot same card on Pi1? You've good old Pi1 and also a very visible lowered performance in bootstrap time and everything else I could test.
It would be cool to have same kind of magic in Arch, if there's anything you want me to test please let me know.
