Are all PKGBUILDs hosts on github?

I'd like to see the PKGBUILD for hostapd but am not finding it on github so I tried ABS, but am not finding anything there either due to d/l errors.

Yeah, its a slight glitch in the behavior. It is essentially trivial and related to CARCH behaviors, so we're not patching the hell out of things we don't need to.
