Archlinux for Seagate Central

Can Archlinux be installed on Seagate Central NAS it has a 700 MHz Cavium Econa CNS3420-700BG ARM SoC with 256 MB of RAM? Is there a possibility of porting it to that device?

I would need more explicit information, and you would need to bring your own kernel and bootloader.
