Hello, I am a new user of a Hisense C11 Rockchip Chromebook. I would like to have help, advice or comments on installing Archlinux to run openCPN navigation on this machine.

Installation of openCPN :
This is in the AUR, and thus you will need to build the package and any needs not a part of the official repositories.
