scaleway server fails to start

Postby lilmike » Thu Jun 09, 2016 4:02 am

Hi,
I am using a scaleway c1 server (ARMv7h), and, according to their support team, the latest packages are not compatible with the type of network block devices they're using, and so my server cannot connect to the disk it needs to to boot. Some logs are below, so if anyone has any idea how I can work around this that would be great!
Thanks,
-Michael.

Who is responsible for setting up the server? You or them?
Quick googling doesn't show that there have been any recent changes in NBD protocol so I don't see why it wouldn't be compatible with their setup.

Hi,
Actually I got a response from the developres directly, it appears that there is a bug or problem with the setup in systemd. Not sure what the actual problem is, but I'm still trying to figure out a work-around.
