Julia Language

Hello,

the package for the Julia programming language from community isn't available in the repositories. As the project states here it shouldn't be much of a problem to compile it for ARM. I've already begun with tweaking the original PKGBUILD to get it working and will report back here.

In any case it would be nice if one of the maintainers could have a look at this and see whether it's possible to make Julia available for ARM too.
