Windows RT secure boot has been hacked. Lenovo Yoga 11?

Postby Fishdicks » Wed Nov 09, 2016 4:03 pm

Hey guys!

I read that it is now possible to disable the secure boot on Windows RT devices. I was wondering, maybe someone who owns a Lenovo Yoga 11 (the one with the ARM processor not the 11s) has tried installing Arch Linux on their device? I would love to hear some feedback before trying this myself as to possibly save some time and nerve. :geek:

Yes, that is the exact device in question. What I'm wondering about is - how would Arch Linux behave on that hardware. I understand that getting all the buttons to work properly might be a huge hustle but what about the touchpad and the touchscreen would at least that much work?

Touchpad, fair chance.

Touch screen? Lord knows.
