usb keyboard bug

Postby Tapmemer » Mon Aug 07, 2017 1:15 pm

hi im new to arch linux on pi3 and i configured my arch (tried gnome but that doesnt work so i disabled the gnome autostart, gonna try xfce4) but i keep getting the error:
"reset low-speed device number 5 with dwc2"
i think its my keyboard because some keys like enter, tab, space, the - sign for command opts dont work or keep repeating until i plug it out/plug it back in.
attached devices:
sharkoon shark zone mouse: https://www.sharkoon.com/product/1692/ShForce#desc
sharkoon skiller keyboard: https://www.sharkoon.com/product/1693/Skiller#desc

how can i possibly fix this?

EDIT: also xfce4 cant login

For giggles, hook the keyboard & mouse to a dedicated hub (by dedicated, I mean just for them)
