I have an Odroid XU4 running ArchLinuxARM and running with provided kernel, common for XU3/XU4:
Linux nicolas-xu4 4.9.51-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sun Sep 24 20:49:55 UTC 2017 armv7l GNU/Linux
Problem I'm trying to solve is I only have "analog MONO" audio output through HDMI... can't get STEREO with ArchLinuxARM (works fine with Debian Odroid for instance)
ArchLinuxARM considers there is only 1 channel although it has stereo capabilities. BTW, I tried out of the box the latest ArchLinux image without any success.
Do you have an idea about what could be the cause of the issue? Thanks for your help.
PS: here is the output of "pactl list cards". Only 2 profiles are available: mono or off...
