Hi!
I'm wondering how hard it would be to pacstrap an ArchlinuxARM system from a plain old x86_64 existing installation.
pacstrap can already download and extract the correct archives if given a target-specific `-C pacman.conf`, but then it (obviously) fails to run the hooks and other scripts.
Apparently, fedora's dnf and debootstrap can use qemu to run the desired scripts in the target architecture.
Would such a thing be considered for Archlinux as well? If so, who would be responsible for that? The official forum is notorious for quickly discarding ARM-related matters, but maybe this warrants an exception?
