dongle 4g 1bbb:0195 on rpi 3 b

the dongle only works if powered before the rpi 3b armv7h is powered, using an externally powered hub 3.0 or 2.0 the result is the same: at first boot i get a kernel message on crash: problem is fixed but reboot is needed, at this point, after reboot the dongle is recognized and works properly, so if kernel fix is needed, is there an option i can give to boot to fix before crash? 2 boot everytime is a bit boring. :D

A step better, seems that hub 2.0, if powered (dongle) before the raspberry boot, makes possible to boot one time with dongle ready, but, if i plug power (hub 2.0 and raspberry) at the same time, crash and reboot is needed.

thanks you
