[solved]uname kernel version error

Postby davinci42 » Sun Nov 26, 2017 2:36 pm

I have installed linux-armv7-4.14.1-1 successfully.
While after reboot:

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
[root@alarm boot]# uname -a
Linux alarm 3.10.96 #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu Oct 13 05:30:55 EDT 2016 aarch64 GNU/Linux
')

I don't understand, where's the 3.10.96 come from?
Under /lib/modules/, there are only 4.14 folders.

Is this also the kernel you are booting.
Check $this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'dmesg | head') to see what kernel is being loaded.
That will probably show you are booting the wrong kernel, if so, check your bootloader configuration.
