Could you post some logs please?

If this is also related to the USB issue I mentioned, how frequently are you getting sector errors? I'm wondering because according to the conversation via the posted ticket, it can happen occasionally, but it should not be frequent.

I upgraded two Pi3B+ that use USB filesystem to linux-raspberrypi-4.19.68-1 and could not reboot, with fast flashing green led.
Copying previous linux-raspberrypi-4.19.67-1 based /boot to sdcard boots OK, but no USB devices, just as before. Had to chroot and downgrade to linux-raspberrypi-4.19.67-1.

Updated to 4.19.69.1 and back to booting OK.

Thanks for the followup.

I had the chance to test the latest 4.19.69 update and I can confirm, everything seems to be okay now with 64M ram configured via gpu_mem. Boot and USB devices work as expected.
