Are there any known issues? The 5.5 Kernel is not booting on the Odroid HC2.

Thanks! I arch-chrooted from an old backup into the sdcard and downgraded the Kernel to 5.4 and blacklisted the package for the next upgrade. Unfortunately I can’t debug what is failing.

I can provide the cached 5.4 kernel pkg if anyone needs it.

I would like to chroot from the SD card, but the u-boot won't find me the eMMC partition. Really a bad time, that I haven't backed up before the update.

I forget what hardware you have on your tinkerboad. But if you can boot from and sd card, you should be able to find the eMMC on somewhere like /dev/mmcblk* ; once mounted, you should be able to chroot. you may need to 'mount --bind' some directories first, e.g. /proc and /sys - if the downgrade of kernel needed these ...

Hello Summers ;)
I tried to start with Armbian and use chroot, but eMMC is not available. Perhaps I should try to pass your dtb and see if it's good enough.
I'll get on it during the weekend, I'm currently busy for something else.
Perhaps I may try to chroot by a VM...
