Hi,
I've just got a Raspberry PI 400 and I'm trying to get the ArchLinuxARM-rpi-aarch64-latest.tar.gz going on it.
I've installed it on an SD card, and when I plug it into the 400 it does not boot. Same SD card in the PI 4 boots fine.
I've also tried an image of raspbian os and that works fine on 400 and PI 4. I think it should just work for arch as well. Does anyone know why it does not and what to do to make it work?

Try updating it on the Pi 4 and install the linux-rpi package.
