jellyfin-ffmpeg-1:7.0.2p7-1 needs libplacebo update+rebuild

Much like the following post[1], jellyfin-ffmpeg has a .so version dependency on libplacebo that is now outdated.

extra/jellyfin-ffmpeg-1:7.0.2p7-1 depends on libplacebo.so=349-64, but that has subsequently been upgraded to 7.351.0-1

A pkgrel update in jellyfin-ffmpeg and rebuild should fix the issue. They did this upstream inmake_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, ' ', 'https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/jellyfin-ffmpeg/-/commit/9bb0a63ee2fd62251d4abdd9a7a8244f8aa69d97', '', ' class="postlink"')
