Pi5 - cpufreq-dt missing in kernel 6.18.10/6.18.12 16k

I have installed l 6.18.10 16k kernel but cpufreq driver is missing
Tried to modprobe driver but is not there.

I checked kernel config file and to me all seems fine.
I have also compiled kernel 6.18.12 16k with the same result.

I checked linux-rpi-16k-6.18.10-1-aarch64.pkg.tar.xz
There is not cpufreq in /usr/lib/modules/6.18.10-1-rpi-16k/kernel/drivers or other locations

RPi5 uses cpufreq-dt since the SoC exposes the frequency tables and voltage scaling info via the Device Tree (dt), not ACPI.
