How to revert to TonidoPlug image from ArchLinux

I successfully loaded ArchLinux onto USB drive according to instructions here:
http://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv5/tonidoplug

I assumed removing the USB drive , upon rebooting TonidoPlug V1, to the existing TonidoPlug OS ... oops, it didn't.

So now that I only have a working ARchLinux on a USB drive ..
1) How do I get back to the TonidoPlug install that I started with or
2) simply re-load a std TonidoPlug image onto the TonidoPlug V1.
