I can install Arch linux on this model?
He is very similar to the model http://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv5/sheevaplug

It should be very doable, but I myself am unsure of the specifics.

Yes, it will work....the uboot that installs will only recognize 128M ram....there ARE corrected bootloaders out there...but I have to search for it every time i need it

I do not know if this U-Boot supports what xenoxaos mentioned, but it definitely works. Since Jeff made that U-Boot the default a while ago, you should just be able to follow Instructions for Seagate Dockstar as they should be similar and use the same U-Boot image. The important part is to get U-Boot properly installed - the rest can be done and re-done after.

ssh username/pass should be: admin/ceadmin. If it isn't working then register an my.pogoplug.com and enable ssh access in the settings. This is all guessing as I don't have a V1...
