GoFlex Net white front led's (Gauge)

Hello does anyone know how or why front led's on the goFlex Net (the one's that mark how much space in the device is used) are not turned on I read something around but it was not too specific where they mentioned it was possible to make them work.

Hopefully someone here knows.

You can turn them on and off through controls in /sys/class/leds. The original firmware used them as drive usage indicators, we don't have any software that does that. Though it wouldn't be hard for you to write a small cron script to adjust them automatically to report that.

Anyone interested in the script to make this work let me know, I did it today and it is working sweet!

Loads as a cron job so you will need to know how to edit your cron jobs.
