HELP!!! CANT SSH INTO POGO PLUG PRO AFTER UPDATE

Hey guys PLEASE PLEASE for the love of god help me through this crysis

i updated the plug using

pacman -Syu

everything installed just fine and yes i said NO for updating the package.

after reboot the greenlight comes up and iam not able to SSH into the plugh YES i do have the correct ip

PLease help

its saying fatal error connection timed out so please please help
