how to transfer boot files?

Hi there,

I have a question about transfer boot files from old USB drive to new one.

I install archlinux on a old USB drive and use it for a while.Now I want to make a backup of the boot USB on a new USB drive ,in case the old USB drive dead.

Anyone can help with this?How can I do this with ubuntu,
