No more option to enable SSH on my.pogoplug.com?

Postby gaogao » Tue May 15, 2012 8:25 am

I just plugged in a new device and registered it, but I can't find the option to enable SSH in the web portal, have they removed that option?

Why does everyone ask this?

1- Login
2- Click on your username in the top left
3- Click on Settings
4- Click on Security
5- READ.

Have you actually fully registered your device?

I can see it under my settings: http://www.webpagescreenshot.info/img/863934-515201250953PM, and I can access the files on the USB flash disk. I don't seem to recall to have done differently for my previous pogoplug.

Then, as seen before, you might need to wait for it to show up. There was a similar case in the past where it simply took a while for it to show up. Consider restarting the device.

I got it finally, either it was only about waiting (hours!) or the test upload of a local file to cloud that I performed.
Tks!
