Is the mirror down? and how can I change mirrorlist under /etc/pacman.d/ if necessary? Thanks.

Try a pacman -Syy samba avahi See if that works.

Most likely that you tried to install it while the mirrors were being updated.

same here..What's more, I can't finish installing transmission either..

And when I execute pacman -Syu, I got a warning:

warning: initscripts: ignoring package upgrade (2011.07.3-1 => 2012.05.1-1)
there is nothing to do
