Problem installing openntpd

Hi!
I am trying to install openntpd on my alarm dockstar using http://archlinuxarm.org/support/guides/system/first-steps.
But what I get is

What might be the issue? Actually, I get the same error when trying to install vim. I have not changed anything in /etc/pacman.conf, it's a fresh installation.

A mirror might be down. Try again later. Or your network is not up?
Might be best to set date manually before you start too

If the mirror would be down, would'nt pacman just use the next in the list? Can someone confirm that it is down? It isn't working for two days now

I had no DNS server configuered, so now it works just fine...
