15 seconds to loading uImage, there are delays while it waits for (potential) devices to spin up, then testing for mmc
6 seconds running thru uImage until systemd starts
9 seconds then to login prompt, usb stick that only starts network (dhcpd), syslog-ng, ntp, cron, and ssh
My dhcp server is slow with leases, init used to be just 9 seconds for that alone
Must try this on the rpi

The raspberry pi takes 11 seconds to login prompt from power on using systemd, old init took 20 seconds
rc.conf is empty
mv /etc/rc.conf /etc/rc.conf.disabled
touch /etc/rc.conf

It depends on your device.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('WarheadsSE', 'I')t depends on your device.

The raspberry pi
Edit /boot/cmdline.txt, it goes in there, remember it is a one line file. There is other stuff to do before you do like create some files in etc, see the Archlinux wiki

The cubox
You backup boot.scr and create a new one, guide is in install on this site, see what is in existing file with cat boot.scr
