Automation for starting SickBeard.py

I am currently manually starting sickbeard and I am wondering is there a way to auto start SickBeard.py then crafting a elaborate script for for which I lack the ability to do

whatever line you use to start sickbeard, put it in /etc/rc.local

Until systemd comes around and someone till have to write a .service
