Hi,
After months of stable operation, I made the mistake (prior to doing other file maintenance) of doing a Pacman upgrade.
I suffered the glibc error, but depsite trying to follow posts here (answering N to do you want to update pacman itself) I got the "error nothing changed" scenario.
Following other instructions, I tried to remedy with no luck.
I then tried to do a complete system restore using the Seagate Firmware reset, but that didn't work. (The Reset Button option appears to not work - no white light.) Indeed that process merely seemed to break the ability to boot from the USB.
However, with the original TB drive and an test small drive (120Gb) I am getting a green light, and can access via the 10.10.10.5 Uboot monitor. (Txt of log attached)
If anyone can guide me through restoring this (being the Linux noobie, but old PC hack that I am) I'd be most grateful.
Thanks
Brian
