			Yes, I have done this....I made this...it's also quite out of date.
First off....do you have a serial cable....you'll almost definitely need one.

			any help on this?
my usb install is failing almost at every power off...
it's a pity not to use the 256 MB nand
i"ve used until now openwrt witch fits nicely in 24 MB nand partition but lacks the arch's packages...

			Well, a base install uses ~150-170M of the nand.  It doesn't leave much room on anything with 256M.
